This event is sponsored by the American High School PTSA and is hosted by the Grad Nite Committee as a fundraiser for the class of 2024’s Safe & Sober Grad Nite celebration.
EVENT: SATURDAY, MARCH 16th, 2024 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
American High School, 36300 Fremont Blvd, Fremont (cross street Alder Ave)
-This event is outdoors in the main school parking lot, rain or shine.
-Spaces are $50 each for a 18ft x 18ft space (2 adjacent parking spots). NO REFUNDS!
-Vendors pay a flat fee for the space and keep 100% of all proceeds. Vendors are responsible for paying applicable sales tax.
-Payment information will be sent separately upon acceptance as a vendor.
-NO alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, firearms, toys resembling firearms, ammunition, tobacco products, stolen property, fireworks, weapons, any merchandise requiring a permit or license, double edge knives, pen knives, other illegal items, and animals of any kind may be sold within the event. You may not sell merchandise or printed material considered by the event staff to be racist, anti-gender, pornographic, or in any way capable of promoting violence and/or destruction. The sale of food or beverages of any kind is not allowed. You may not sell or display any merchandise that by sales, possession, or use are in violation of the city, county, state or federal law.
-Noise from generators, radios, stereos, etc. may be used at a comfortable volume level.

9:00am-3:00pm Selling time
3:00pm-5:00pm Take-down time
Vendors may unload near their space, but must then immediately move their vehicles to the vendor parking area. Vehicles are not allowed in the selling area from 8:30am-3:00pm.
DO NOT LEAVE MERCHANDISE OR TRASH OF ANY KIND IN YOUR BOOTH. Spaces must be CLEANED AND VACATED by 5:00 PM. Boxes must be broken down and all trash and merchandise remnants must be removed from the premises. The garbage cans on the grounds are for shoppers only; they are not intended for vendor use. Do not use them. Vendors who ignore these cleanup procedures will be billed a cleanup fee of $100 and will be banned from participating in future events.
Liability: Neither American High School, American High PTSA, or Fremont Unified School District is responsible for any damage, theft or injury that might occur to the body, vehicle, or property while at the Spring Craft Fair. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to anyone. Additionally, we reserve the right to expel anyone who, in the judgment of the American High PTSA staff, fails to cooperate during the day of the event. Upon confirmation for the event, you will be sent a Hold Harmless Agreement which needs to be signed by everyone who will be helping at the event.
